1、建筑學專業(yè),統(tǒng)招本科學歷及以上;

崗位概述：

作為湖南分院各項工作的第一責任人，在公司的領(lǐng)導下全面主持湖南分院各項生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理工作。

崗位職責：

1.負責制定湖南分院總體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃并組織實施；

2.負責制定湖南分院年度經(jīng)營目標、工作計劃并組織實施；

3.負責湖南及相關(guān)區(qū)域市場的開拓、跟進與客戶維護；

4.負責湖南分院生產(chǎn)運營工作的監(jiān)督、協(xié)調(diào)與管理工作；

5.負責健全完善湖南分院組織架構(gòu)和工作體系；

6.負責組建、調(diào)整和優(yōu)化湖南分院人員梯隊；

7.負責統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)湖南分院日常管理工作；

8.公司交辦的其他工作。

任職要求：

1.企業(yè)管理、工程管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科（含）以上學歷，年富力強，身體健康；

2.熟悉并能夠熟練運用企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理以及工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)知識；

3.十年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工程管理工作經(jīng)驗，有大中型企業(yè)相應(yīng)職位工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

4.具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，抗壓能力和一定的大局觀，具備良好的團隊建設(shè)以及組織實施能力；

5.具有國內(nèi)標桿企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗、突出的經(jīng)營業(yè)績和較豐富管理經(jīng)驗者可適當放寬有關(guān)任職要求。

1、建筑學專業(yè),知名院校教育背景;
2、8年以上建筑方案設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,方案能力較強,能詳細深入了解國內(nèi)建設(shè)法規(guī)及慣例;
3、有國內(nèi)知名設(shè)計院或事務(wù)所經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先;
4、具有豐富的各類型建筑方案設(shè)計及管理經(jīng)驗,有良好的團隊合作精神,較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;
